Restricted activitiesPSBill clients Internet merchant accounts originate from independent acquiring banks. This is the main reason PSBill need not impose restrictions on the content, products or services you market. As the merchant, you are wholly responsible for the actions and activity which take place on your website. Any restrictions you encounter will be imposed by your acquiring bank. Failure to comply with these restrictions will subject you to penalties prescribed by the acquiring bank itself. PSBill is not involved in this area of the merchant account business. We simply process your transactions through our robust gateway to the acquiring bank. Nevertheless, PSBill and the acquiring banks it is associated with will be unable to work with companies or organizations that participate in any of the following forbidden activities:
Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information about products
Marketing fraudulent, or initiates sale of counterfeit or stolen items
Violating one’s own site’s Acceptable Use Policy
Infringing on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights or rights of publicity or privacy
Violating any law, statute, ordinance, contract or regulation
Selling products deemed obscene or containing child pornography
